The holidays are often filled with sharing, laughter and lots of memories – but, they can also bring stress, disappointment and sadness. This year, COVID-19 presents a heightened risk for spreading the virus, especially for older adults. Someone living with memory loss can feel an extra sense of loss during holiday time – and caregivers may feel overwhelmed by maintaining traditions, providing care and adhering to safety precautions.
Join us on Saturday, December 12th at 10 am for a virtual and interactive program dealing with tips, ideas and strategies to enjoy the holidays with your loved ones, even if you must avoid in-person gatherings. A holiday is still a holiday no matter where it is celebrated!
